There were some crazy blue skies above!

Silly Neil...

Neil looks as if he's fixing to take someone down. I just look silly.

We also made a pitstop in Massachusetts. We were supposed to spend the day in Boston but when we called to get a hotel room nothing in the cheap range was available. Later on we learned there was a baseball game. Anyway, we kept going a little further and decided to spend a few hours in Salem. It was a really neat little town and our first stop there was my favorite. I picked up 3 newborn props to use and Im so excited about them! I would love to go back during Halloween someday. I think it would be a lot of fun.
I met Samantha!

Neil became a grumpy witch.

and I became a happy witch!

Now on to Philly. We got there pretty late at night and we drove down the main part to see everything at night. I wish we hadnt been SOO tired or I would have begged Neil to go to some of the older buildings for some night shots too. I knew one of the night shots I wanted to get was of the Ben Franklin Bridge. Turns out the hotel we randomly called was right across the street from it. Crazy! I was really fond of the hotel. It wasnt anything special but it had a shuttle that brought us to the liberty bell and free breakfast. I think there was a tour bus staying there full of lols- lil old ladies so they got to a lot of the breakfast before us. :)

I think fire hydrants have a lot of character sometimes. I often take photos of them when im on vacation. Im not sure why but I do. This one is one of the best hydrants I have yet though!

Sorry!

We found this little guy while searching for a geocache. I think we found the most in Philly.

So there ya have it. The end. I'm a little bummed I didn't take photos in all the states we visited. Some.. we just didn't see anything worth taking a photo of .. or it just wasn't as good as the other so it didn't get blogged about. We drove 3000 miles which totals around 50ish hour driving in 10 days. We went to West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, Rhode Island, Maine, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Virginia and ended back up in North Carolina. For the states we missed we'll end up going to eventually. Perhaps we'll tack it onto our NYC trip were going to do one day. The trip was a lot of fun. Probably not the best idea we have ever had but I'm super glad we did it. Oh and a big thanks to Neil for driving the entire time. I did offer to drive but he just kept doing it so I didn't complain.
