We were halfway there and I noticed a new light come on in the car. For those of you that dont know, Ive only had my Prius, Priscilla since March so I hadn't seen every light yet. Alex looked it up and it was for low tire pressure. So I thought, "no worries, when we stop again ill air up." We kept driving. About 15 minutes later, "booom booom boom" and Becca suggest I pull over. Agh. It was a flat. My very first. As a matter of fact none of us (4) girls had ever had a flat before. Great. The trunk is stuffed with our stuff. So we get out and start unloading, Alex gets the manual back out and starts reading through it on how to change a tire.

Notice Alex with the manual and me saying, "why are you taking photos!" to Leslie.

Here's Becca happily guarding our things.
Luckily enough for us a really nice guy stopped and changed it in possibly 8 minutes. It went very quickly. I can only imagine if no one had stopped. Boy would that have been a pain.

A few hours later we got to Dave's sweet beach house. As we entered he serenaded us with his version of Hotel David'a. He's so awesome. He even made us cookies!

The next morning I was determined to get up for sunrise. We were staying on the beach, we might as well. I had only been to Jville once before and I remembered the sunrise being beautiful.

This time was no different.

As a surprise to me the ladies got up for it too -Ashley. :(

Phillip did a little surfing.

I think all boys look like this while playing video games. :)

Dave really likes strawberries.

While Phillip and Dave surfed in Jacksonville the girls and myself drove down to St. Augustine. Id never been there so I was pretty excited about it. Our first stop was the lighthouse.

After the long trip(14floors) down the lighthouse we all had to use the bathroom

After we were done there the skies got really dark and poured rain! We drove to the local winery there and had some free wine samples. I think it was called St. Sebastian.

The wine was ehhh ok. Not something I would buy but im glad I tried it, plus it got us out of the rain. :)
After lunch we went over to see the cannons fire at the big fort there in St. Augustine.

There was a whole ton of people there. It was neat, but definitely not as cool as Fort Pickens in Pensacola.
The weather still looked bad and we were all tired. So we ventured home. The skies were all dark still when we got back to Dave's so I went down and snapped this:

I think for this next photo a few of us, including myself had left to get some food and alcohol for mojitos and lemon drop martinis! So.. im not quite sure what the story is here. But Leslie is in a snuggie and reading Twilight and Phillip just looks dainty. Heh
