Giselle | Bridals | Pensacola Wedding Photographer

Meet my friend Giselle. She's marrying the love of her life, Matthew October 3rd. Wait, Thats today! She didnt want Matthew to see her dress before the big day so I couldnt post anything from our session except a few of just her face. So, Im excited to be able to share these photos with you all! She looked gorgeous and probably will in a few hours when I shoot her wedding. Well folks im off to get ready for her and Matthew's big day!

We started out our day at Fort Barrancas at NAS Pensacola. Turns out the fort closes extremely early and we missed it. So we just hung out on the grounds a bit until the sun went down more.

Matthew is a Marine and we thought it would be fun to get a few shots with the Pensacola Marine Pelican!

She was starving so we went to Sake Cafe. She didnt even change. She got a lot of stares it was pretty funny. The couple next to us were like sushi addict and were telling us all about what they were eating. They had a fried shrimp, but not the normal kind. It was like the skin of the shrimp with the meat outside of the body. They gave us a little to try. It was different.. not something Id pay for but interesting. On our other side was one of those people that just like to talk, you know what I mean? I guess that's why he was at the sushi bar and now in a booth. Well he was also a "photographer" and offered to take our photo.

The sushi chefs were nice enough to let me go behind the bar. Next time Ill bring a ladder. I was a little to short to even see Giselle.

I love the contextualisation of your bride in real, living, breathing everyday environments :~) It adds a great element of fun to the whole set, speaks volumes about her personality and in tandem with the more classically picturesque environments makes for a fantastic volume of images for her to look back on :~) Great stuff!

Love those trees! Green grass, blue sky and two strategically placed parking meters! What more could you ask for. The BW at the sushi bar is classic, too!
